Booking Policy
To secure your spot, full payment is required at the time of booking. Once you register for an art class program or workshop, your spot is reserved, and we purchase and prepare all necessary materials.
Missed Classes
If you or your child miss a class, no refunds will be provided. However, make-up classes may be offered where possible.
Refund Policy
All art program registrations are final sale, and refunds are not provided. This includes no-shows, which are non-refundable.
If you or your child are unable to attend or something unforeseen prevents your participation, you may request a transfer of funds to another class or receive a credit valid for 6 months. This request must be made with more than 7 days' notice. Providing advance notice allows us to offer your spot to someone else.
Canceled Classes
We reserve the right to cancel classes at any time for reasons such as low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and one of the following options will be provided:
The class will be rescheduled.
A credit will be issued for a future class, valid for 6 months.
A refund will be issued, less a 10% administration and merchant processing fee.
