Summer Art Camp 2025

Program Overview

This full-day Art camp offers a week of creativity and fun for your young artists! Participants will explore a variety of artistic techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and collage, while working on exciting projects using high-quality art materials and tools (all included in the program fee) in our studio.

Each lesson is enriched with visual references from art history or pieces displayed in our gallery to inspire and educate.

Weather permitting, campers will also enjoy outdoor activities in Victoria Park, Kitchener, such as nature walks, games, and sketching sessions. These activities provide inspiration from the park's beautiful surroundings and a chance to enjoy fresh air and playtime.

At the end of the week, your child will bring home unique creations that you’ll be proud to showcase!

What to Bring:

✔️ Lunch & Snacks (Nut-free)

✔️ Reusable Water Bottle

✔️ Change of Clothes (In case of spills or outdoor activities)

✔️ Indoor Shoes (Optional but recommended)

✔️ Art Apron or Large T-Shirt (To protect clothing from paint and other materials)

✔️ Sun Hat & Sunscreen (For outdoor activities)

✔️ Comfort Item (If needed, such as a small stuffed toy)

Extended Care Options:

Morning: 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

Afternoon: 4:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Booking Policy

To secure your spot, full payment is required at the time of booking. Once you register for an art class/ program, art camp or workshop, your spot is reserved, and we purchase and prepare all necessary materials.

Missed Classes

If you or your child miss an art class, no refunds will be provided. However, make-up classes may be offered where possible.

Refund Policy

All art class/ program registrations are final sale, and refunds are not provided. This includes no-shows, which are non-refundable.

If you or your child are unable to attend or something unforeseen prevents your participation, you may request a transfer of funds to another class or receive a credit valid for 6 months. This request must be made with more than 7 days' notice. Providing advance notice allows us to offer your spot to someone else.

Canceled Art Classes, Camp

We reserve the right to cancel classes at any time for reasons such as low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and one of the following options will be provided:

• The class will be rescheduled.

• A credit will be issued for a future class, valid for 6 months.

• A refund will be issued, less a 10% administration and merchant processing fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these policies, which allow us to provide a positive experience for all participants.
