In small groups of up to 7 kids, each child receives personalized instruction while learning the fundamentals of drawing, painting, color theory, color mixing, brush techniques,composition,texture, and creative expression. Students develop strong artistic skills, improve fine coordination, strengthen observation skills, and build confidence through engaging step-by-step projects.

Fall 2026 Kids Art Classes - 6 Week Art Program in Kitchener-Waterloo
Each art class is one hour long (60 min), once a week, and all supplies are provided.
Spots are available!
Booking Policy
To secure your spot, full payment is required at the time of booking. Once you register for an art class program or workshop, your spot is reserved, and we purchase and prepare all necessary materials.
Missed Classes
If you or your child miss an art class, no refunds will be provided. However, make-up art classes may be offered where possible.
Refund Policy
All art program registrations are final sale, and refunds are not provided. This includes no-shows, which are non-refundable.
If you or your child are unable to attend or something unforeseen prevents your participation, you may request a transfer of funds to another class or receive a credit valid for 6 months. This request must be made with more than 7 days' notice. Providing advance notice allows us to offer your spot to someone else.
Canceled Classes
We reserve the right to cancel art classes at any time for reasons such as low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and one of the following options will be provided:
The art class or art program will be rescheduled.
A credit will be issued for a future art classes, valid for 6 months.
A refund will be issued, less a 5% administration and merchant processing fee.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these policies, which allow us to provide a positive experience for all participants.

Olena Chorna offers a very unique teaching style by helping students discover all aspects of art fundamentals: value, color, perspective, and composition. She guides students through a variety of techniques and materials, exploring drawing and painting with mediums like acrylic, watercolor, gouache, soft pastels, colored pencils, gel pens, and mixed media.
With a personalized approach to each student, Olena guides them in exploring their creativity and advancing academically through the use of various media and techniques as well as endless creativity using finger painting fun for kids.
Olena’s deep expertise in Fine Arts offers her students an exciting gateway into the world of art history, from the Renaissance to modern times. By encouraging exploration of famous artists and key movements, she inspires young minds to connect with the artistic past. Her extensive travels and visits to renowned galleries and museums around the world provide rich context, bringing art history to life in a way that sparks curiosity and creativity. In this supportive atmosphere, students are empowered to discover their own artistic voices while learning from the great masters, fostering a lifelong appreciation for art.
